Eminent Hats selects material suppliers with good qualifications. All raw materials and auxiliary materials purchases undergo strict inspection to ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing requirements. Our IQC inspectors will not allow any materials with quality issues to be received and stored.
For STRAW HATS: The hats are made of natural plant fibers, including raffia straw, sea grass, rush straw, wheat straw, paper fiber, etc. All these materials are free of harmful substances, environmentally friendly and recyclable.
For FELT HATS: We import wool raw materials from Australia. Such wool comes from Australian Merino sheep. Its wool is relatively slender, soft, glossy, and has good stretch ability. Its moisture absorption is also outstanding. Wool is elastic and has stronger warmth retention.
For CAPS: We have a huge inventory of fabrics with a wide variety and rich colors. We collaborate with strategic fabric suppliers to develop specific fabrics for our customers' products. We source fabrics for sampling and production based on customer designs, and establish strategic relationships with stable and high-quality fabric suppliers.

Our production line is equipped with JUKI, BROTHER sewing machines, and BARUDAN embroidery machines. Advanced production equipment, mature production techniques, and skilled workers are important guarantees for us to manufacture high-quality products.
Our company excels in complex processes such as high-precision embroidery, 3D embroidery, computer embroidery, gold and silver thread embroidery, 3D printing, digital printing, gluing, hot stamping, sublimation, relief printing, screen printing, offset printing, flocking, and various special washes.
Our embroidery has a high density, with smooth and coherent embroidery lines without any breakage, jumping or stacking. The embroidery pattern is clear, and the effect is full and detailed. Embroidery has a good sense of beauty and three dimensionality.
Our embroidery structure has good stability, is not easily deformed or damaged, has good durability, and can withstand the test of time and use. Our embroidery can resist color fading, looseness and detachment of embroidery threads, and can maintain good quality after many washes.
Our printed patterns are clear, brightly colored, with rich layers and strong color fastness. The printing will not fade during high temperature and washing. After printing, the fabric can maintain its original softness without becoming too stiff and has a soft feel.

Eminent Hats requires production line employees to have a strong sense of responsibility for product quality. The company requires workers to self-inspect the products they produce. Only products that they believe are qualified can flow to the next process or workshop. Any non-conforming products found during self-inspection must be properly labeled and placed separately.
Our company has dedicated inspectors who supervise the quality of each process and also oversee the connection between different processes. For products that flow from the previous process or workshop, the inspectors will verify and confirm that they are qualified before proceeding to the next production process to ensure that there are no errors in each production process and the quality is always qualified.
Our FQC inspectors will inspect each finished product and only allow packaging of the products after passing the inspection.
